This assembly is quite significantly different from its predecessor - the assembly of Windows 7 SP1 IE11 + -8in1-KMS-activation v4 (AIO). In addition to the fact that the current version of the update package and some additional software are integrated into this version, it also introduced a number of critical changes, useful primarily to owners of modern computers who do not want to give up the good old sevens in favor of the curve and buggy dozens . Owners of much more modest iron, too, I think, will find in this version of the assembly a lot of useful information for themselves. The build is based on Windows 7 distributions laid out on MSDN on May 12, 2011.
The assembly integrates the LocaPack packages for Russian and English languages, which by default are not included in the VL editions.
The assembly integrates four updates needed to support the performance of Windows Update: KB3172605, KB3177467, KB3138612, KB2534111.
The WUFUC utility version 1.0.0.201 is integrated into the assembly. It removes the blocking from installing updates via Windows Update to computers with modern processors, such as AMD Ryzen, Intel Kaby Lake, etc. The management labels for this utility are available in the Start menu.
Tweaks are integrated into the assembly, adding the items "Copy to folder ..." and "Move to folder ..." in the context menu.
The assembly produced a revision, thanks to which the Russian version of the system installed in EFI / UEFI mode, the boot menu and the inscription "Start Windows" are now displayed in Russian. Alas, it is possible that when the system is updated, the language will again become English.
The system installer, the operating system installed and the system recovery service integrate three special updates required to support the installation and further use of the system on the NVMe: KB3087873, KB2990941, KB2550978.
A number of drivers for NVMe carriers are integrated into the system installer, the operating system installed and the system recovery service.
A number of USB 3.x drivers for the following manufacturers are integrated into the system installer, operating system and system recovery service: AMD, Asmedia, Cypress, Etron, Fresco Logic, Intel, Renesas, Texas Instruments, VIA.

At the very early stage of the installation, there is a pre-boot menu in which you can select the capacity of the primary shell, that is, which installer will be used, 32-bit or 64-bit. Because of this, you do not have to worry that the 64-bit version of the OS may not get on the RAID, and that its users may end up without system recovery.
The installer made the necessary changes to install under EFI / UEFI was possible not only from the disc, but also from the flash drive.
A restriction has been removed from all editions, because of which it was impossible to enter a license key at the installation stage.
If during the installation of the system you entered a valid license key in the appropriate field, then the system will be activated with the help of this key for completely legitimate reasons. If the field is left empty, then alternative activation methods will be involved.
If during installation of the system you enter certain dummy keys, the system will be installed without any activation. This may be necessary if you do not have a valid license key on your hands, but soon you will have it.
If during installation of the system you do not enter the key at all, the system will be activated automatically using the Ratiborus AAct 4.0 r1 Portable activator with the automatic reactivation setting every 10 days. In addition, a shortcut to the Start menu will be added to the executable file of the activator under the name "KMS-activation". With this activator, you can activate not only Windows, but also Office 2010-2019 VL.
If you have chosen to install Windows 7 Enterprise (Corporate), then after the installation is complete, you will be able to switch the interface language from Russian to English and back using standard Windows 7 Enterprise (Enterprise) tools. If you installed Windows 7 Professional (Professional), then you can use the Vistalizator version 2.75 utility for this purpose, the shortcut of which is available in the Start menu.
Due to technical peculiarities, the 64-bit version of Windows 7 from this build cannot be installed by Upgrading to the 64-bit version of Windows Vista / 7. However, it remains possible to initiate the so-called Custom installation. When you start the installation from a DVD / USB device, as with bootable media, everything is simple. But in order to initiate the installation from under a 64-bit OS, you need to start it not through setup.exe in the root of the media with the distribution, but through setup.exe, which is located in the Sources folder of the distribution. Autorun installation media when starting from under the existing OS, selects the desired type of start itself.
